• Professional services of Funeral Director, Staff and use of equipment

• Obtaining all required documentation, authorization forms, filing vital statistics and permits

• Basic alternative container for cremation

• Transfer of remains from place of death to crematory

• Transfer of cremated remains from crematory to Funeral Home in temporary urn

• One NYC certified death certificate

• Crematory fee (at the discretion of the funeral home)

• Cremation performed by Certified Technician/Facility

• Merchandise and other related fees not included
